Description:

Customer Information System (CIS) application is an information system to maintain the data about

business users. Information includes members’ classes, locations, contacts, licenses, relationships,

contracts and subscriptions etc. CIS can be used by business users from different countries all over the

world. This system divides business members into 6 types of region members. Accordingly, the member’s

privileges and rights differ to access the system and modify the data to this CIS application.

Responsibilities:

1Actively participated in Use Case Reviews and Business Rules of the application.

2The application is developed using custom MVC (Model View Controller) Struts framework with JSP &

Ajax for UI components.

3Extensively used data access layer Hibernate and Oracle 9i as database server.

7Developed code using WSAD and Websphere Application Server.

8Used Middlegen tool and Ant script to generate the O/R hbms and pojo files.

9Used Ant scripts to build and deploy the project.
