Position Purpose

Essential Functions and Basic Duties
Assumes responsibility for researching background information on loan applications and ensuring
completeness and information.
• Mails loan applications and/or information to members and prospective members.
• Gathers background information on loan applicants and inputs into Lending Platform.
• Completes all Lending forms including: Warranty, Payroll Deduction, lease Alternative, MN
Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), ACH, Title Promise and Change Requests.
• Assists members with the loan application process to ensure completeness of information.
• Forwards application and all supporting materials to Loan Officer for approval.
• Assists member and employees with questions regarding lending products and services.
• Responsible for daily opening, closing, and balancing under assigned teller number.
• Actively cross-sells credit union products and services.

services, promotions, and marketing materials in order to be able to deliver exceptional member service,
