Position Purpose

Assists members and employees with questions regarding lending products and services. Complies and

prepares loan documents for loan officer approval. Preforms a variety of support duties related to the

lending function within the credit union.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

Assumes responsibility for researching background information on loan applications and ensuring

completeness and information.

• Mails loan applications and/or information to members and prospective members.

• Gathers background information on loan applicants and inputs into Lending Platform.

• Completes all Lending forms including: Warranty, Payroll Deduction, lease Alternative, MN

Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), ACH, Title Promise and Change Requests.

• Assists members with the loan application process to ensure completeness of information.

• Forwards application and all supporting materials to Loan Officer for approval.

• Assists member and employees with questions regarding lending products and services.

• Responsible for daily opening, closing, and balancing under assigned teller number.

• Actively cross-sells credit union products and services.

Assumes responsibility for acquiring and maintaining advanced knowledge of credit union products,

services, promotions, and marketing materials in order to be able to deliver exceptional member service,

and for the purpose of actively referring and/or cross-selling credit union products and services.

Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with coworkers

and management.

responsible for assisting members with the loan application process to ensure completeness of
