St. Pauls School - Grounds Crew Leader 1996 to 2002

. Responsibilities included taking care of 50+acres, eight athletic

fields and two baseball fields,

. Controlled sprinkler systems for proper watering.

. Projected scheduling for three other associates.

. Established accounts with several different vendors to accommodate the

maintenance repairs operations.

. Assisted in purchasing equipment parts

. Seeding, fertilizing and preparation of all fields and common grounds

and to provide a safe environment

. Prepared and lining fields using a twelve-gallon hydraulic painter (

Pioneer 2000)

. Experience with all types of machinery such as

. F2100 and Ff250 front mount Kubota mowers, 955 4WD John Deere tractor

with loader and forks walk behind, trimmers and several other

equipment pertaining to landscaping

. Maintained and manicured all common grounds such as mowing, trimming,

mulching, edging, pruning, aerating, fertilizing and making sure that

the grounds were well kept at all times.

. Servicing and maintenance of all equipment

. Snow removal of entire campus

. Assisted the Maintenance Department with work orders

. Parking Management for special events such as graduation for three

schools, homecoming, alumni events

Blakehurst Retirement Home, Inc. - Groundskeeper August 1994-August 1996

. Responsibilities included care and maintenance of 48 acres of ground,

including 2 bent grass golf greens. Duties included: mowing,

pruning, mulching, planting and selection of plants, application of

pesticide and herbicides. Maintenance of all equipment above.

. On 24 hour call for snow removal

. Additional responsibilities during the inclement weather included

assisting in-house maintenance, working with residents for repairs

including paint, caulking, doing punch lists for the new apartments

and the majority of this work was performed with little supervision.

o Kubota F-2400 front mount with 60o mower deck and plow

o All supporting equipment such as slice seeder, weed eater, hedge

and edge trimmers, blowers and operating with 50 and 200-gallon

spray tanks.

. Primary duties were: landscaping designs and implementation of plans

which including planting of trees, shrubs, annuals, perennials, and

installation and design with Bluestone and Flagstone
