As a receptionist I scheduled appointments, answered phone
calls, checked clients in and out, handled the cash register and
controlled a daily schedule for the spa. I helped therapists
with what they needed and made sure everything ran smoothly.
After one year of working at the spa, my managers decided to
appoint me to lead receptionist with extra duties to help them
out.

Starting out as a teller in Layton, I helped members with their
transactions on bank accounts, completed office work like filing
papers and balancing my drawer at least twice a day. I also took
skills tests to improve my knowledge of America First and moved
up levels of expertise. After a few months I transferred to the
Call Center for more hours and pay and I answered calls helping
members with account problems.

Working at Bowmans was my first job and I started as a facer,
fixing shelves and helping customers find what they needed. Two
years later, I trained as a checker to gain more hours and pay.
As a checker I counted my drawer at the beginning and end of my
shift, interacted with the customers, and help solve problems to
make sure everything worked.

Graduated High School and participated in a two week concert
tour of Europe, and played my clarinet for the Utah Ambassadors

SKILLS/INTERESTS:
One of my major skills is customer service. I have a lot of
experience helping people in different kinds of situations. I
have also developed great problem solving and communication
skills with both customers and fellow employees. As a
receptionist I learned how to multi task and handle anything
that comes up. I also have a continuous positive attitude toward
employees and the people I am working for.
