MSDS, preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS,
lifting/rigging, 5-S's, SOPs, ISO9001, ISO14001, fall protection,
manlift equipment (scissor lifts, stick boom), PLC programming (AB),
Autocad 2002, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Project 2002.

specification writing, supervision (inc. scheduling, training,
coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action).

Education:
. 16 credit hours remain to complete a B.S. in Electrical Engineering
Technology, currently maintaining a 3.3 GPA at the College of Eng.
and Applied Science of UC.
. Additional course credits (15) in stationary engineering and power
plant technology.

present Operate heavy equipment, e.g. backhoe, industrial and rough
terrain forklift, end
dump, skid steer, etc. Possess CDL 'A' license.
Oct. 2008 Maintenance - facility and equipment
Feb. 2009 Installed piping, conduit, safety equipment and light
machinery. Ran air and
electric services and troubleshot production and facility
equipment.
June 2008 Electrical Contracting - Estimating and Installing
Mar. 2007 Primarily cost estimated commercial/industrial work
compiling bids and submitting
to owners/general contractors. Occasionally, worked
construction sites.
Feb. 2007 Final 13 years worked in construction, directing
maintenance crews of 31 to 64
June 1974 skilled personnel installing machinery including a 2.5
acre new product assembly
line at a cost of $240 M. Four years supervised facilities
maintenance group of 14, maintaining building, grounds, offices,
lighting, floors, restrooms, potable water, sewers and HVAC.
Supervised both the power plant and waste pre-treatment plant
for 2 years, project managed rebuilding of two 80,000# boilers.
Responsibilities included 2 cooling towers, three 125# boilers,
a staff of 14 employees and a critical PM program. Five years
as plant electrical engineer, supporting maintenance of the
building, grounds, lighting, and air handling equipment,
specifying and requisitioning of new switchgear and maintaining
facility electrical system.
