Hired to head the Greater China Practice of a middle market

investment bank that specializes in cross-border strategic mergers

and acquisition advisory

Managed a team of three professionals that are Chinese nationals with

both MBA and either CFA or CPA designations

Retained both by non-Chinese clients (US, Korean and Japanese) and

Chinese clients to conduct cross-border transactions that included

joint ventures, M&A, strategic partnerships, technology transfer,
