. Process Simulation & Optimization.

. Provide technical support to the manufacturing process including

troubleshooting, debottlenecking and process optimization

. Interact with Product Development, Sales, Technical Services and

Production to improve and or develop new products.

. Experience with (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Visio, MS Project)

AIR LIQUIDE ENGINEERING INDIA LTD, HYDERABAD, INDIA

Projects Executed/Involved:

. Air Separation Plant for Jindal Power and Steel Ltd (Raigarh -India).

. [pic]Air Separation Plant for Bhushan Power and Steel Ltd (Jharshuguda

-India).

. Air Separation Plant for Salem Steel Ltd.

Responsibilities:

. Conception & Implementation of Process Simulation (for Air Separation

Plants), using Aspen HYSYSTM.

. Optimization of the conceived process simulation scheme

. .Generation of Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Line Sizing Design for

the entire air separation

. Integral role in devising the Control Strategy & Shutdown Logics for

the entire plant. Commissioning of Plant in Different type mode as per

guaranty.

. Calibrate all the instruments, stoke checked all the valves, checked

panel by Tata Honeywell and YOKOGAWA.

. Plant operation, startup, stabilization & shutdown from DCS panel as

well as from field. Panel & field operations in Extruder area, Monomer

area & Polymerization area.

. Ensure compliance of EODs, standard operating procedures, periodical

analysis/regeneration schedules of drying unit beds and critical

equipment checklists.

. Monitoring product quality in coordination with QA, QC and ARDC.

. Modification of additivation recipe in extrusion by maintaining pellet

quality

. Minimizing losses and optimize the consumption of Utility, Catalyst,

extractive distillation.

. Improved crude Benzol yield by optimization of Benzol distillation

plant.

. Design of heat exchanger and proposed a location for a new plant.
