GOVERNOR BILL RICHARDSON

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing on behalf of Bethany Del Castillo. Bethany Del Castillo is an excellent
organizer. For the past five months has been an important part of the efforts of Moving America
Forward. I founded this national organization in 2003 in order to register and empower Hispanic
and Native Americans. Moving America Forward is committed to increasing their long-term
involvement in the political process.
With Bethany's help we were able to meet our goals. Moving America Forward registered
almost 150,000 new voters and turned out almost a million people to the polls.
In closing. I believe Bethany Del Castillo is the kind of organizer that would benefit other
organizations as well. It was pleasure working together and I wish Bethany the best of luck with
all future endeavors.
Sincerely,
Governor Bill Richardson
