Directed the installation of equipment and delivery of supplies to early voting storefront
locations throughout Bernalillo County. Maintained chain of custody for thousands of
ballots from over 400 precincts. Executed supply warehouse inventory and distribution of
supply boxes to each site. Prepared ad hoc reports for upper-level management. Trained
clerks and supervised the largest of 18 sites, with a staff of 15 personnel during the active
voting period. Assisted the Poll Worker Training Coordinator in t raining up to 75 attendees
per class per day.
A t Elections Coordinator’s request, intervened at two sites where novice supervisors were
experiencing difficulties and falling behind schedule. Provided leadership and guidance to
get the sites up and ready on time. Coordinated and assisted staff in conducting daily
ballot audits and reconciliation of voted ballots against source documents. Dealt calmly and
fairly with voter complaints and actively deescalated disruptive behaviors. Maintained a
p rofessional atmosphere during visits from the media and political celebrities.

Implemented policy and procedural changes to documentation required from PC
technicians, Help Desk technicians, and network/systems administrators upon completion
of work. Documentation enabled precise t racking of every existing technical asset
t hroughout its lifecycle: purchase, deployment, maintenance, replacement and disposal.
Clarified business needs within CitiCards® Albuquerque departments and submitted
potential solutions within allotted technology budgets. Researched and wrote
