My main responsibility was to be hands on Manager. This consisted of working a daily shift, handling all
t he cash f low throughout the entire casino, bar and restaurant, and making sure the overall business ran

for and reordered when needed. The scheduling for employee shifts was done monthly. A daily
maintenance and cleaning log was kept. The importance of catering, hospitality, and customer service,
