. As an architect and subject matter expert designed a solution to
migrate their existing ASP application based KM Portal to the
SharePoint, Mentored the KM Team on the sharepoint technology, spear
headed the complete project from the beginning to the transition to
the support team.
. This project has feature to migrate all the existing documents and
their meta data to be migrated, a custom application was designed to
migrate all the documents. Synchronizing the user profiles from the
HR Database to the KM Portal, Custom Webparts for the taxonomy
structures, banners, and custom site definitions and custom themes

website in ASP to the SharePoint with the site structure, site
navigations, workflows and process to publish the content for various
geographies by various group of authors. Mentored the content
management team and spearhead the project from the beginning to the
transition to the support team.
. The Project demanded to use the Alternate Access Mapping and dual
authentication mechanism for the external content writers to work on
the portal. The site was designed with the custom master pages, page
layouts and custom themes. Site definition and templates, page
templates, list templates and contents types were designed for various
categories of pages in the site. The content Updating, reviewing and
approval process is re-designed and automated using the custom
workflows. Custom webparts like top navigation, left navigation,
what's new, banners and other custom webparts were developed.

Sumtotal Systems Customer, this includes site structure, site
navigation, taxonomy structures, content types, social community

delivered a solution for indexing and searching of documents and
contents from various sources. I was spearheading the project from the
start to the transition of the project to the 3i infotech KM Team.

servers, databases and websites. These items are stored in various
data center locations. The objective is to crawl and index the
documents and provide results to the users based on the permission
assigned and integrate this search portal to KM Portal. Microsoft
SharePoint Search Server is used to achieve the objective, Custom XSLT
is designed for the search results pages, text clustering, custom
search webparts to provide recently search items, Related Search

. Architect for migrating the documents to SPS2003. I was leading a
Offshore development team india to co-ordinate with the Mittal Steels
IT Team in Dubai and Amsterdam. I was the head of deliveries and it is

custom code was developed to fetch the documents with the appropriate
metadata and upload the documents to sps2003 with the same taxonomy
structure.
Project: Power Builder Application Migration to Dot Net in MOSS 2007 for HP
. HP Portugal Enterprise division had a co-operative banking client in
Portugal, They were using Power Builder Application and they would
like to convert the application to dot net. HP Portugal outsourced the
project to 3i infotech.
. As a delivery manager and SharePoint subject matter expert. I was
responsible for the delivery of the application. As a delivery
incharge I have to plan and execute the tasks and co-ordinate with the
client and the team for the successful project completion.
. Since the project is migration and the database and processes are
going to be used with the existing system, the project is designed to
use the biztalk server to define all the business logic and developed
all the screens in ASP.net and used the existing database for all the
transactions. SharePoint is used to integrate the newly developed
ASP.Net Application and publish all the reports with the single sign-
on feature to use the mix and match of the PB and ASP.Net Application.

. As a lead architect and delivery head created a centralized call
logging system and introduced the ITIL process for all IT service
request. Designed and developed a call logging system and monitoring
tool for the entire star health network across all the offices in
india.
. Developed a call logging system with the workflow and integrating the
system monitoring tools and publish data related to the issues raised.
The help desk applications is developed to comply with the ITIL
Process and it is flexible to change the workflows according to the
requirements. The workflow is developed in dot net with a UI Feature
for easy changing and integrated with the WSS3.0. As part of the
project we have successfully implemented the IT Help desk operations
for all the service request through this application and made the
reports available in the portal. The Portal also captures the steps
performed for the issue resolution and automatically binds it to the
knowledge bases. Custom webpart to display the statistics of the
similar issues, kb articles internal and external, providing
comprehensive reports and alerts to the severity of the cases and
issues not resolved as per the SLA defined in the UI based workflow.
