Project Managers. I created extra service contracts, and would follow the
extra service process until it was completed and then pay the vendor when

required signatures for job starts. Controlled signature sets of plans and

Summary
Dispatch Supervisor over 3 regions. PacBell Video Services was a test
digital video TV service in Torrance, El Monte, and Santa Ana. Customer
service including overcoming any concerns with the customer and their
installation. I supervised 13 dispatchers where on an average day we had
275 installs and service calls. Responsible for meeting the windows of time
for the installs, SRO's, service calls per FCC requirements. Help develop
the C.O.S.T. Department, customer service & dispatch. Created QC reports
that were sent to the corporate office). As a supervisor I interviewed,
hired and terminated employees. Train new dispatchers on computer programs:
CSG, Excel, Word, Outlook, Windows 95 and NT, Brio Query, SMS. Scheduling
for installers and dispatchers and also for installations, service calls,
SRO's. Was responsible for weekly and monthly reports for upper management.
Help set up the conversion, from one billing system to another, from SMS to
CSG, and with a customer base of over 20,000. This conversion took over 9
months.
