reading, along with the Citizen Line Information Center (CLIC) - 24/7 day

Emergency call operation.. And, the Division of Sewers and Drainage

having approximately 145 employees, with a $15.5 operating budget

involved in the maintained and repair of the sanitary sewers, storm

drains and ditches within Toledo cooperate limits.

compliance with and issuing Notices of Violations on municipal

environmental laws, industrial waste pre-treatment permits, approval of

demolition permits of asbestos permits, air quality monitoring and

enforcement under contract with/for the State of Ohio E.P.A., and

Brownfield's programs, including a certificate program in Hazardous

materials handling (a federally funded Brownfields training program).

Also, managed a $3.7 million operating budget with forty (40) employees,

including Managers, Professional Engineers, Biologists/Chemists and

Interns.

million gallon-per-day (24/7/365), wastewater treatment plant with 108

capital improvement projects. The 4th largest wastewater treatment plant

in the State of Ohio, consisted of four operating units: Operations,

Maintenance, Engineering and Administration.
