Farm Manager @ Vadon Natural Farm in Marshall, Virginia

Natural Livestock: Cattle beef/dairy, lamb.

Increased asset value by 250% and over $200,000.

This was a smaller operation that direct-marketed their products to high end

customers in Washington DC, including restaurants serving the White House. I

was responsible for all aspects and facets of this operation. The meat was

produced naturally without added hormones, antibiotics or steroids. The

emphasis was on prevention of disease not treatment, genetic selection and

nutrition that worked with the environment. I developed a mineral that

increases milk production, reproduction rate, growth rate, overall health,

while decreasing parasites and illnesses.

Farm & Estate Manager @ Ayrshire Farm in Upperville, Virginia

National championships obtained with animals purchased and bred under my

guidance

This was a multi faceted operation of which I oversaw the entirety. It

included large organic operations of beef, poultry and hogs. Under my

supervision an in-house processing facility for poultry was designed and

build. We also had several large private events as well as events where we

were open to the public. This was the owner's primary residence. This farm

became certified Organic and Humane under my tenure.

1996- May 2003

Farm Manager @ Hawk Nest Natural Farm in Charlottesville, Virginia

Natural Livestock: Beef cattle Championship breeding stock incl. National

level.

Increased asset value by $500,000.

This was a strictly beef cattle operation. Its facets included cow/calf

pairs, feeder and purebred breeding stock. I oversaw this operation in its

entirety.

1979- 1996

Farm & Estate Manager @ Oakencroft Farm and winery in Charlottesville,

Virginia.

Owners are from Procter & Gamble

Livestock: Beef cattle, Championship breeding stock.

Increased asset value by $2,500,000

This was a beef cattle operation, to which I added a vineyard per the

owner's request. Its facets included cow/calf pair, seed and feeder stock. I

oversaw this operation in its entirety. I worked with the secret service for

the visitation of 2 former presidents on 3 different occasions. Had several

V.I.P's visit, Sam Shepard and Jessica Lange, John and Patricia Kluge (on a

weekly basis), former VA Gov. Wilder (on a very regular basis). We had large

events both private and public on a regular basis. This was the owner's

primary residence.

and took 24 championships. Same stock, same size show string, an average of

only 10 animals, just different management and care.

2003 National Highland Junior Bull Champion and Junior Bull Calf Champion

(picked these out and purchased them out of the field)

2003 National Highland Junior Heifer Calf Champion (picked her out of the

field)

2000 National Hereford Cow/Calf Champion (was responsible for breeding this

pair and selecting the parents out of the field for purchase)
