engineering design of facilities through the design and manufacture

Architectural Firms.
• Services included: Providing recommendations and
documentation for aquatic systems to achieve the design
intent, including narrative descriptions, drawings/diagrams,
reports, cost estimates; providing complete engineering,
drawings and specifications necessary to obtain permits and
to bid/construct the project; providing written clarifications
such as addenda, attend pre-bid meetings, reviewed bidder
qualifications and make recommendations for aquatic related
bidders/contractors or sub-contractors; review of shop
drawing submittals, provide clarifications and supplemental
information, make periodic site visits to observe work in
progress and to develop a punch list at the conclusion of
construction.

• Analytically verified acceptable flow characteristics of outlets
plumbed in series to Illinois Department of Public Health for
a plumbing installation in code violation, saving $10,000 in
corrective costs.
• Achieved a complete transition to Auto-Cad within a one
month period of employment, allowing expansion of
business and greater revenues.

Product Development Manager
• Responsible for the development and testing of new
products, coordination with marketing on establishment of
product specifications and assisting quality assurance
program.
• Designed and fabricated component testing package,
allowing factories to do on site raw material testing assuring
that product specifications and quality were being met.
• Designed suspension delivery system for anthropomorphic
mannequin used in surface pressure measurements, putting
the company in the forefront of comfort analysis and design.

Project Manager/Designer
• Responsibilities included: Fluid dynamic flow analysis;
design of stainless steel perimeter gutter systems, vacuum
filter systems and deck equipment; research and
development of new products; oversaw manufacturing and
purchasing.
• Designed the first low profile portable guard platform, named
the Sentinel. This style platform is now a standard in the
public pool and water park industry.
