for ease of de-install and installment for technicians. Removed old WaMu

server and packed legacy equipment on pallet for pickup. Provided post-

HP Contractor, SA IT

Services

October 2007- June 2009

Worked as a contractor and employee of SA IT Services on various HP

projects and programs:

Refresh Tech on Bank of America Refresh program

De-installed legacy equipment, installed, setup and configured new desktops

and laptops for end-users on a day to day basis at Bank of America

departments and call centers. Backed up data and restored onto new machine,

reinstalled previously held applications, loaded peripheral drivers and

mapped printers. Over 500 refresh installs completed as an individual

technician in the departments of investments, business banking, global

treasury, check fraud, etc.

Lead Tech on Florida HP/Bank of America hardware refresh project

Surveyed branch sites for preparation of hardware refresh project by

inventorying current equipment, photographing, and designing Visio layout

of branch. Afterwards, became Lead Technician of the refresh team on the

actual hardware refresh portion of the project. Responsible for backing up

and replacing the HP server, UPS, installing and restoring the data onto

the new server and client machines along with assisting the technicians in

the removal of printers, desktops, and banking peripherals and replacing

with new equipment. Ensured legacy server and desktops were fully disc

wiped at the end of the night before packaging away hardware for next day

pick-up. Provided 24 hour next day support if any new equipment was

determined non-functional or defective. Over 40 Bank of America branch

sites were refreshed under my leadership and supervision.

2nd Level Support Tech on Morgan Stanley refresh project

Participated as HP 2nd level support in the hardware refresh projects for 3

Morgan Stanley sites where all desktops were replaced with new ones. Data

backup and restore procedures were performed. Assisted colleagues and

client with questions and issues also ensured the proper installation of

end-user specific assigned software.

Printer Tech on Fidelity Investments Printer services program

Serviced and repaired HP printers and Xerox copy machines at Fidelity

Investments locations.

Install Tech on Merrill Lynch refresh project

Setup new computers, dual monitors with stands, and ensured software loaded

correctly at Merrill Lynch offices in the states of North Carolina,

Massachusetts, and New Jersey.
