Work experience from 1991 to present consists of State of Nevada

Safety Consultation and Training Section OSHA Trainer for Nevada. I

am a CPR/1st Aid Instructor, MSHA (Mine Safety & Health

Administration) Instructor, OSHA 500 Train the Trainer 10 and 30 hour

Instructor. I have been working assisting clients in construction

since 1995. I am well versed in Workers Compensation procedures, and

have been working in management with various unions on job sites. I

conduct accident investigations, and reports containing root cause. I

have been writing OSHA safety programs policies and procedures for

general industry and construction since 1991. Along with writing OSHA

and federal programs I have been a trainer for OSHA and MSHA for over

18 years. I install policies and procedures and assure safety

meetings conform to relevant safety topics. I conduct safety training

to all personnel at all levels. I walk all areas of the work site to

ensure conformity with local, state and federal laws, ensure all

employees are following safety guidelines set forth from company

policies / procedures and assist all management and employees with

technical assistance from take off meetings to one on one safety

guidelines. I have worked in five power plants as a field safety

supervisor. I am also experienced with various computer programs such

as Microsoft office, word, power point, and excel. I involve all

employees to participate in safety.

2007 - 2010 Field Safety Supervisor

MJ Electric, Inc. Iron Mountain Michigan

Supervise safety and operations at various power plants in the

western and eastern U.S. Orientate, train, test and

certify employees using heavy equipment. Conduct accident

investigations, write accident/incident reports as

needed, conduct tailgate safety meetings JSA's daily, conduct

OSHA 500 and MSHA training and provide technical

assistance to the project manager/Vice

President/superintendent's and supervisors/foreman.

2008 - 2008 Safety Supervisor/Manager

Suzlon Wind Energy Company, Chicago, IL.

Supervise field safety supervisors, re-write safety programs

relevant to the wind energy. Incorporate safety

measures for field personnel. Assist and maintain procedures

for injured workers and set up a working relationship

between clinics and doctors and Suzlon. Assist in policy and

procedures relevant to Suzlon and work with OSHA to

maintain continuity with wind field operations.

2005 - 2007 Safety Coordinator
