IT Project Manager (PMP) / Agile SCRUMmaster
IT Project manager for Humana's newest division, HumanaOne, which provides

. Starting November 2006, as ScrumMaster, I led my team's successful
transition to the use of Agile development from traditional Waterfall
SDLC. All other HumanaOne teams joined us in using Agile at the start of
2007. Under Agile led my self-directed team to a bi-weekly development
cycle (cadence) continuously driving highest business value requests into
HumanaOne's nine release cycles per year with, consistently, the lowest UA
(user acceptance) defect count in HumanaOne.
. As HumanaOne's PMP, enhanced understanding of and adherence to Humana's

that IT used to drive our understanding of each project's functional

the base-line for development, testing and implementation within our
annually defined release schedule.
