Proven record as an effective administrator, counselor, and personnel manager supervising a staff of 21.

Developed a career development program system adapted as model for future career development programs

on Fast Frigates throughout the navy. Selected as the First Active Duty Navy Counselor to be stationed on

Fast Frigate (FFG).

Trained crew of 65% active duty and 35% reservists on the Navy’s Manpower Management programs. All

Developed and directed standardization of employee policies, maintained statistics, generated reports, and

upgraded retention program and management oversight of those programs.

Marine Corps located in Iraq, Japan and Spain.

Command Leaders. Meetings greatly improved moral and well-being of all junior sailors by insight to
