Client Sales Representative
As a Client Sales Rep, I assisted the Executive Sales Representative in
preparing for, and delivering sales pitches to prospective clients. I
helped new clients select their benefit coverage for their employees and
prepared contracts in accordance. I remained the sales representative for
that group and dealt with any coverage inquiries or changes.

Client Service Representative
As a Client Service Representative, I was the key contact for Plan
Administrators to contact regarding issues in claim payments. I responded
both orally and via email regarding health, dental, life insurance and
disability inquiries. I coordinated with all areas of group benefits to
resolve any escalated issues. I met with Plan Administrators on a regular
basis in order to maintain a good working relationship.

Claims Service Representative
My job as Claims Service Representative entailed responding to inquiries
regarding health and dental claims. I was responsible for approximately 50
groups and was the sole contact for the Plan Administrators when there were
any problems with coverage or payments.

Worked in a high volume call centre as a Senior Representative responding
to health, dental, disability, billing, and administrative inquiries. I
dealt with Plan Administrators, Employees, Providers, and Brokers.

Claims Assessor
As a claims assessor, I was responsible for the processing of health
claims. I determined eligibility of submitted prescription, practitioner,
hospital, vision and medial equipment claims. I was responsible for
processing high volumes of work in a timely matter; while maintaining a low
error ratio.
I did so by interpreting and understanding a large number of health benefit
contracts.
