Project objective: Develop an enterprise web site to allow online
access for employees of client companies to complete a health risk
assessment and work online with a coach to improve their health.

Project objective: Using RUP methodology, work with three other BAs and
the policy business team to document extensive and complex policy,

o Web design team: new external screens and processes for
distributor reps and customers
o Lotus Notes developer: new internal screens/processes for the
sales and customer service reps

o Plant manager (CA): the project's Six Sigma champion whose
plant shipped the orders
o Siebel CRM and architecture developers: two-way integration
with both the literature vendor's system and the plant to
track the orders and add fulfillment records to the
customer's Siebel file.

a requirements traceability matrix, modified the proposed system's
Visio diagrams, and created use cases and other documentation.
