Responsibilities; Customers service in billing, plans policies and details, tech support.
Also helping customers to add funds to their accounts to continue using their services.
Helping customers adding a new plan to their account helping them understand the
plan they chose and how it works. Up selling/adding new services to their account.
Checking on networks for customers to make sure they have the service the should
have i.e. Outages in their area. Making sure customers get excellent customer service
and services from the company.

Responsibilities: Customer service in billing, plan policies. Sent out Fax request to be
sent out to doctor offices requested by members or doctors. For medication request
that were need because of company/ FDA policies. Explaining plans and policy.
Answering any questions callers had mostly dealt with the elderly callers. (1.0)
April 2009- December 2009
Was upgraded to tech support for pharmacies and customer service for doctors
(providers). Pharmacy 1.5 at this time still did 1.0.Pharmacy 1.5 received both type of
calls and had to log them differently. Let providers know why a member could not get
the med and why. Placed overrides and reversals when approved. Following FDA
regulations and policies as well as company and CMS. Worked with only 2 LOB.
Providing excel service to make sure members would get their medication needed.

I was upgraded to a higher tech support pharmacy 1.75. Multi task with 12 LOB. Each
LOB had different policy and plans. Pinpointing info for all 40 plans. Also place overrides
for narcotics, report fraud and place overrides for medication in outages. While still
taking 1.0 and 1.5calls. Logging accounts different. Following FDA regulations.
Checking on appeals Excelling to have all members having their meds we cannot have
anyone go without their medications. I always reinforce my statements with research
and pinpoint them for reference. ( Pharmacy calls had to be under 5 min always met
AHT for the week) Always had good feedback.
Rack Room Shoes
September 2007- May 2008
Responsibilities: Helping customers located the item that was in display. Knowing the
name, style, ID. Keeping the store clean at all times to be presentable for all
customers. As well as the storage room to be clean at all times to be able to locate
merchandise quickly and easily to be able to give customers fast and excellent service.
Making sure that the items would also be in place and have a display located properly
where it belongs to make sure customers have a good experience shopping. Keeping
store hazard free. Helping close the register from time to time.

Responsibilities: Customer service for a mail order company. With them I did retention,
up sell, billing, and creating orders and accounts for new customers. Made sure that
they received everything they were supposed to receive. Letting customers know when
their shipment was sent out. Also did mail for this company in creating accounts,
canceling, billing, and resending shipments when not received. Meeting quota each
week.

Responsibilities: Billing, Tech Support, for one company. Second company .billing
helping customers better understand their statement. Also did tech support for
customers for them equipment when they were having trouble with them as well as to
creating work orders to have technicians for more assistance when needed. Checking

Activities
High school did volunteer work on weekends at the Good Samaritan nursing home.
Helped science teacher after school and periods off in cleaning up labs, lab equipment,
filling lab work, grading, filling and data entry anything she asked for or needed help. In

I enjoy the outdoors and exploring what is there new to analyze to accelerate my
knowledge. Animals are a passion of mine all kinds of animals I spend a lot of time
around (at the ranch and home) many animals and care for them and what I don’t know
about them I do learn. I study how to keep them safe from predators and diseases.
Always reinforcing with research how to make sure it is the right option for them.
Fishing I enjoy seeing all types fish. Another great passion of mine is photography. I
love taking pictures I own the rebel xti it’s a great camera and love using it and type of
camera. I own 6 cameras and hoping to get more. I like keeping things organized for
easy access.
And helping my father run his mini business through a website and promoting it online.
By researching and finding business for him physically and through the internet. Enjoy
filing papers and organizing information physically or computer wise.
Can work with Excel, word, power point, calendar, email and anything new that
technology decides to come up with will learn it.
