Procurement and Merchandising GM/HBC/Spirits

Managed a staff of two Seasonal, five General Merchandise, five HBC and two

Wine and Spirits Category Managers plus a staff of seven Analysts and

Administrative Support personnel.

. The team is actively building the infrastructure for importing, Own Brand

development and cross functional relationships with key U.S. vendor

partners to maximize sales and profits.

RESULTS: New vendors and wider assortment of Own Brand products moving the

company closer to its 16% Own Brand goal.

. Led the seasonal team in a new direction inclusive of product selection,

advertising and pricing strategies.

RESULTS: Delivered a 7% improvement in sell through, a 4.5% higher initial

gross margin and

$230,000 in additional gross margin dollars.
