Maintenance (CMM) Programs at all of the plants I managed
I have Managed The Maintenance Department in
1 weld line plant, 2, metal stamping Plant 34 stamping press1200 ton to 50
ton with auto feeder, 24 welding operation with Abb & faunce Robots.
The staff was size three supervisor 43 machine repair 15 electrician 18
weld techs 15 Janitors. Four Injection molding plants with 63 employee 2
plating plants and increase production and have reduce down time at all of
them The facility ranged in size 90,000sq ft to 500,000sq ft. In the
plating plants I was responsible for upgrading the plating lines and waste
treatment, to meet State and Federal regulation (DEQ)
