status of replacement meter and update it.
ALV:
> Autoship shipments ALV Report in SD-
Created Autoship Delivery Notes Smart Forms in batch. If the report is
run online, we generate the report on the screen using full screen
ALV, giving details of ADNs sent in today's batch Job. Every day at
night batch job will be set which would print and send Autoship
Delivery Notifications, that are due in next 30 days to respective
customer. The same ABAP will do these 2 jobs depending upon mode in
which ABAP is running (Batch/Online).
> Automatic Purge of Open Return Orders in SAP SD-
An ALV Report of all the open return orders was created. The user
selects the orders to be purged from this report and assigns the
reason of rejection. A BDC is called and all the selected order items
are purged.
> Cash on Account ALV reports in FI-
The extracted data for all open items for the customers is displayed
in the report. It is displayed using an ALV report. The report will
have 3 options -
1. Summary report
2. Detail report
3. Aging summary report.
ALE/IDOC:
> IDOC for material master data transfer in MM -
Any Creation/Change of material master was captured and sent to Siebel
by extending the standard Idoc - MATMAS. Any change in the Material
Determination data of VB11 transaction was also captured and sent to
SIEBEL by creating customized Idocs.
Smartforms:
> Development of the Dunning Smartform in FI-
The Dunning form contains only open items sent out at fixed dunning
intervals. The remittance stub has only open items listed in it for
that particular page.
> Development of Smart Form for Consolidated Invoice in FI.
LSMW:
> Customer Master Data Load -
Loaded Customer Master Data into SAP R/3 using XD01 & XD02
transactions. LSMW direct input is used to load the data into the
target system.
Reports(FI/CO):
> This is a 5 Level Aging Report to notify the due amounts for the
periods inclusive of customer name, branch, document type, G/L account
number based on the level of selection. Provision has been provided to
get the excel download of the required reports.
> Automation carried for uploading Vendor Master data using BDC. This is
meant for ACH and AP wire transfer.
> Customization of the Payment Settlement List Report.
> Customization of the Payment Summary Report. This report consists of
the House Bank details along with the Vendor details.
> Customization of Service Order report.
