. As Team Lead and Technical Recruiter, not only am I responsible for

sourcing candidates for various companies, but I also cover other

recruiters when they are out of office.

. My day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing for candidate in the

technical arena. I have successfully placed Project Managers,

Application Developers, Software Engineers, Software and Hardware

Testers, Financial Analysts, Systems Administrators, Systems Analysts,

Contract Managers, Helpdesk Specialists over the last five years of

career. In the past, my responsibilities have also included managing

a group of Indian recruiters that the company uses for staffing

augmentation. I was the top producing technical recruiter in 2007. It

is my duty to train new recruiters on the company's policies and

procedures and mentor them in their recruitment efforts.

. I started out as a Technical Recruiter in the e-Staffing department of

TAC Worldwide and quickly advanced to Team Lead within seven months. I

worked in the extremely high-volume environment of the VMS (Vendor

and Procurestaff IQ Navigator, Provade, and WorkForce Logic, among

others. In this highly competitive environment, I have placed

candidates in tech industry companies such as Accenture, Hewlett-

Packard, BEA Systems, Genentech, Bank of America, GE, Telcordia,

Medtronic, AOL, XO Communications, Symantec, Genzyme, National Grid

and Visa USA on a nation-wide level.

. As Team Lead, I oversee the distribution of new requisitions on a

daily basis and source candidates both for myself and for my team

members. I am responsible for reformatting resumes and in some cases I

submit candidates to companies directly through a web portal (i.e. -

HP/Chimes) or I act as a liason between my team and the onsite

Staffing Specialists, such as Visa.

. I have built excellent rapport with the contractors on my payroll and

have received a number of referrals. I have been recognized by Account

Executives, Recruiting Managers, Regional Directors, and VP's within

my company for my accomplishments, tenacity, and superior work ethic.
