business experiences. In my early career I had the opportunity to work
with Concrete Technology Corporation as the Purchasing Manager. I was in
charge of managing warehouse personnel, and responsible for maintaining
sufficient inventory. I worked with the marketing department in
negotiating with vendors to find solutions for the specialty items that
were part of major project bids. I also coordinated with the shipping
department, scheduling trucks and delivery times to ensure prompt product
arrival.
I then entered the field of finance as a loan originator for Conseco
Finance. After gaining financial experience, I became the head of the
processing department at Liberty House Financial, a growing mortgage
brokerage. I successfully trained and managed a team of processors and
loan originators. I built solid relationships with many lenders as we
worked together to finance many homes in this area. I then started my own
business, Esteem Mortgage. I have spent the last 4 years, originating,
training, and processing for my own mortgage brokerage company. Overcoming
the challenges often associated with mortgage lending was particularly
rewarding. I have learned many things about the other side of a business
and understand the highs and lows as well. I believe this experience can
be useful in any field, multitasking, negotiating, and leading others to do
the same.
I have the computer skills and ability to learn any program with extensive
experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks, and several loan based
programs. I also have extensive experience identifying and meeting
customer needs.
