OBJECTIVE
My objective is to obtain a career in a rewarding and professional field, where there will be opportunities for me to
advance and expand my knowledge and skills while working as a team.
EMPLOYMENT
QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER JULY 2009 - PRESENT
Directv Home Services Topeka, Kansas
I have been with Directv for the last year. I am in charge of quality control, damage claims, customer
service and also act as the office manager while we are currently short-handed. My responsibilities include
inputting data and scheduling Directv services using Seibel and Analytics, preparing weekly reports,
spreadsheets and tracking the progress of our installation technicians. I monitor employees who have been
placed on the Performance Improvement Program, and give weekly reports to those employees as well as
their supervisor. I use Microsoft Office daily and am very comfortable with it’s programs. I also work out in
the field a few days a week meeting with customers at their home to discuss damage claims and take pictures.
Outside of the office I also perform quality control inspections; taking pictures of the installations, ensuring
that the electrical portion of the install meets National Electric Code Guidelines, and speaking with customers
about my findings. I record complaints and concerns that the customer or I may have, and work to resolve
the issue as quickly as possible, while trying to maintain their confidence in Directv. My current job requires
me to be very organized, patient and accountable. I have very little supervision.
GOAL ACHIEVEMENT FACILITATOR OCTOBER 2006- FEBRUARY 2009
Sunflower Service Center Hutchinson, Kansas
While employed with Sunflower Diversified Services in the administrative office, I was responsible for
creating objectives for disabled clients and ensuring that their medical, domestic and employment needs were
being met. I created reports and Support Plans for our clients, informing staff of their objectives, tracking
data and showing their progress toward each individualized goal. I also performed evaluations on new staff
members and Competency Tests for existing staff to help keep everyone informed of their duties and goals
with each of our clients. I made necessary changes to each clients Support Plan as existing goals were met or
their personal situations changed. I also updated reports and reviewed data for each objective monthly. I
filed tracking sheets and reports for our 150+ clientele daily; preparing charts and gathering data to show
annual progress and accomplishments for specified clients when it was requested by state and government
officials, often to determine funding and the continuation of our programs.

Thank you for taking the time to review my resume. You will notice a gap in
employment from February 2009 to July 2009. At that time, I was working for the
Auburn Apple Market part-time and staying home with my toddler.
