For the last 35 years I have been a superintendent for both union and non-union
construction management and general contracting firms. I am a third generation
carpenter by trade. I worked as a union laborer and a union carpenter for many
years to develop my construction knowledge. For the last 4 years, I have worked
extensively in the healthcare and manufacturing sectors.
I have a strong knowledge of the construction industry as a whole. I have a long
track record of maintaining fast-paced schedules and controlling project costs. I
also have good communication and documentation skills. I build strong
relationships with clients, and I work well with Architects and Engineers. I have
received numerous safety awards, as it is a top priority on my jobsites.
I am extremely dedicated to the projects I work on and feel I would be a great
asset to any company. I am open to traveling wherever my services are needed;
however, Indiana is my home.
I have been the leed Superintendent on jobs ranging from 10 million to 120
million.
