Responsible for the implement ion of Production Schedule and assignment
of Personnel to blowmolding and related equipment. Checked for quality
and overall uniformity of products.

Worked on Injection blowmolding machines such as Sidel, Engle and
Uniloy. Changed molds and setup and setup clamp and parameters for new
production runs. Did complete changeovers on machines such as changing
labels, insert changes and neck changes.
Troubleshot Injection Molding and Injection Blowmolding machines.
Checked Hydraulic and Pneumatics systems for proper pressures. Checked
electrical circuits for shorts and incorrect wiring, Changed molds for
specialized production runs. Greased and oiled machines for maximum
efficiently of operation.
Operated a Rail grinding machine on BNSF railway. Checked all required
systems checks before I started the machine for the days grind. Made
sure all electrical and computer systems were working properly. Checked
hydraulic systems for proper pressures for the days work. Coordinated
the days work with BNSF dispatchers to make sure machine had safe track
time to grind rail. Maintained parts inventory for replacing worn parts
and valves, pumps and assemblies for grinding. Filled out daily work
reports and safety reports to be submitted to Loram daily. Also was
safety officer for the crew and had daily safety briefings with crew on
the hazards of the day.
