Provided construction safety, process safety and operational reviews

to build a new and safe tank farm and associated equipment and

digital controls at Rustoleum. Completed and started up a 10 million

dollars state of the art plant with prefab building and foundations .

Compliance audits, Operations and contractor training.

Provided construction and safety management in building a 20 million

dollars coal handling system at Mirant Power. Added civil work such

as foundations, steel and buildings.

Built 2 million dollars additions at DUPONT’S nitration plant.

Engineering designs and process safety elements implementation in

field .Safe Construction completion with no injuries, emissions or

spills. 100,000 SAFE MANHOURS. Obtained state and local permits,
