I have a degree in Psychology and Elementary Education from the State
University of New York at Potsdam. I recently graduated from Pepperdine
University with a M.A. in Learning Technologies. Action Research was one
focus of the program. Throughout the program I conducted an Action
Research Project titled First Kindness; Creating a Kind Classroom to
Promote a Positive Learning Environment. This past year I volunteered in a
first grade classroom located in Santa Monica. I also tutor students
learning English.
I have been teaching for the past seven years. I am a very organized,
professional, friendly, hard-working, loyal, educated person that has the
ability and love of multi-tasking and the love of learning. I like to keep
myself busy and believe in working smarter, not harder. I believe that
there are always ways to improve.
