EXPERIENCE - This year I have been involved in the startup of a Temporary
Employment business which has included development of a business plan, web
site, incorporation, obtaining appropriate business insurance policies and
state tax accounts for various states. I am now ready to accept an
assignment. As you will see, I have over thirty five years of experience in
electric utility construction, maintenance, and management from both the
client and contractor perspective. This includes management of mechanical,
electrical and various other disciplines involved in piping systems,
electrical controls and component change out, and various other work
scopes. I am a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and
presently pursuing credentials as Project Management Professional.

Site Manager - My assignment was to the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station
for PPL Inc. (client) as Site Manager. Responsibilities included overall
management of a nuclear plant maintenance contract. This included the
recruiting, training and management of 47 staff personnel, consisting of
craft supervisors, scheduling personnel, safety representatives, accounting
and time keeping personnel, and training 586 craft of various disciplines.
I managed various modifications to plant systems including Recirculation
Pump replacements, electrical modifications and maintenance activities
including various piping replacements.

Site Manager - I was assigned to the Saint Lucie Nuclear Power Station.
Duties encompassed staffing, labor relations, client relations, and cost
control initiatives, all being executed in a world class safety culture. I
interfaced vertically through levels of customer management team, from the
field assigned personnel through senior management. I provided an ability
to cohesively manage our site team allowing for the "sharing" of best
practices and continuous improvement practices. Mods included Turbine
piping fabrication and replacement of over 2400 feet of the ESW system,
condenser repairs and support for Steam Gen. change out activities and
Drywell Sump mods.

Site Manager - Managed all maintenance/modification projects for South
Texas Project, Nuclear Generating Station (client). Modifications included
replacement of Feed water Heat Exchangers which included removal of
electrical and mechanical interferences, providing openings in the side of
the building for rigging the equipment out. Also performed orientation
training for all non manual and craft personnel and scheduled craft
training for skills certifications as required.

Site Manager - Managed all maintenance/modification projects at the Grand
Gulf Nuclear Station for the Entergy Nuclear Group (client). Maintained and
developed Union and Client relationships, and met all performance
indicators as required. Timely recruited and staffed for plant outages.
Projects included construction of an auxiliary Marley Cooling Tower with
the associated underground piping installations and tie in to the Main
Cooling Tower piping. Security Mod.s consisting of relocation of security
fence and razor wire installation, erection of Bullet Resistant Enclosure
(BREs) and Dry Fuel Storage Project. Served on the Ironworkers Apprentice
Training Committee for over two years.

Project Manager- My responsibilities included overall management of
fabrication and installation activities for architectural metals on various
projects including two museums in Fort Worth, TX and an expansion to the
Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston TX.

Manager - Managed sales and installation of equipment handling and storage
equipment.

Construction Superintendent - Managed the daily construction activities of
all subcontractors on a warehouse/office complex for an oil exploration
client. Duties included coordination of all subcontractor work and
schedule performance as required.

Piping Superintendent - My assignment was at the Shawnee Power Plant for
Tennessee Valley Authority (client), where I supervised pipe fitters on a
three unit coal fired power plant. Supervised modifications and maintenance
to mechanical systems to support plant turnarounds and during operations.

Site Manager/Chief Construction Superintendent
As Chief Construction Superintendent at the Brownsferry Nuclear Station, I
started as a Drywell Coordinator with responsibility for the coordination
of all work in the Drywell. This included schedule variation and
prioritization approvals for work performed in the drywell which included
Reactor Recirculation Piping replacement activities, structural
modifications, RCS pump change outs and all other work activities. Later
assignments included managing three supervisors over various craft. Craft
included pipefitters, ironworkers and electricians performing various
construction activities.
I was promoted to Site Manager at the Limerick Nuclear Generating Station
where I was responsible for all maintenance activities. This included
modifications such as replacement of the main steam lines to the turbine,
replacement of the RHR spargers in the suppression pool and various
maintenance activities.

Outage Coordinator
Originally assigned to the Limerick Generating Station, responsibilities
included working with the planning and scheduling group to develop the
outage schedule based on input from the operations group, various
maintenance groups and engineering organizations. During the outage I
prioritized all work activities and testing to assure scheduled work met
all expectations.

Project Manager/Welding Engineer
My first assignment was as a Welding Engineer in the Field Engineering
Group during the construction of the River Bend Nuclear Station.
Responsibilities included approval and disapproval of the disposition for
all non conformances to the specifications in a welding and material
discipline. This included all piping, tank, structural and mechanical
construction activities.
When the plant went into operation, the Field Engineering Group was turned
in a Project Management Group. As Project Manager I had responsibilities
for identification of specific work scopes, qualification of bidders for
the work scope, bidding the scope out, awarding and managing the contract,
then closeout of the contract. Scopes of work in my assignment included
underwater weld repair of the Feed Water Spargers inside the Reactor
vessel. This scope was in addition to, and a result of underwater
inspection performed as part of the reactor floor coordination I was
responsible for. This included mobilization of a diving company,
development of a work plan and approval from the NRC prior to work
commencing. The work was completed without affecting the Outage schedule.
Other assignments included a major condenser modification which was
critical path for a particular outage and completed on time. I also
provided recommendations for the Control Rod Drive Mechanisms (CRDMs)
required for use during operations. I was also Project manager for the
Ultimate Heat Sink testing which included rental and installation of a
boiler, piping and various supports with tie in to the auxiliary cooling
system.

Started as a pipefitter welder at the South Texas Project and was
responsible for the performance of welding piping systems to construction
specifications. I was the first Welding Foreman on the construction site
and later assigned to the Welding Engineering Group as a Welding
Engineering Technician. I also assisted in the qualification of welding
procedures and instructed welders in after hours welding training classes.
