Selected Accomplishments
Implemented distributor growth plan to improve sales. Created aggressive
marketing program to increase distributor sales for 12-state Avery Weigh-
Tronix territory. Led product/sales training, identified new markets and
established incentives. Increased sales volume 49% on average per
distributor, generating $12M in three years.
Created new product line to dramatically boost sales. Surveyed outdoor
sports outfitter for AWT to determine need for new ammunition re-loader
scale. Sourced base product, collaborated on modifications, presented
prototypes and negotiated contracts. Drove sales past projections and grew
outfitter account from zero to $1.2M in under 18 months.
Grew newly-purchased company into top performer. Tasked to build revenue
for new division of AWT. Developed and sourced product list, created
marketing collateral, established key accounts, and built and trained
network of dealers and distributors. Drove sales from $750K to over $3M in
four years, an increase of 285%.
Led sales team to record growth. To improve declining sales for
International Office Systems, recruited new sales talent. Developed and led
sales/product training sessions. Taught time and territory management
skills, provided hands-on support and motivated efforts with generous
incentives. Grew sales 154% over previous year.
Supported new product rollout to boost territory sales. AWT introduced
remote display board for truck scales. Surveyed distributors/clients to
assess needs in order to develop new product applications. Designed

Transferred to the UK by $500M company to manage the development of a
product and marketing database supporting a new comprehensive company
website. Utilized product and market knowledge and hands on skills in
project and personnel management.
Area Sales Manager, Avery Weigh-Tronix, 2003 to 2008. Promoted to direct
product sales through a network of 19 distributors covering 12 midwestern
states. Originated and implemented business plan to manage and grow
territory. Led sales and product training, and created marketing and
development strategies.
Director of Sales, Salter Brecknell Weighing Products, 1999 to 2003.
Recruited to direct all operations, sales and product development for new
division of AWT. Held full P&L responsibility. Coordinated sourcing,
