following $11M renovation-including designing layout for dining
rooms/service areas/bars/FOH lounge areas.
. Maintained food and beverage costs consistently under 30% while

maintaining food cost consistently under 40%
. Redesigned menus including dining, wine, and beverage; renegotiated
