Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of a private single stream
recycling company. Duties and responsibilities include formulating
policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and
human resources.
. Effectively led the start of the operation from the ground up to
include the addition of a 39000 sq ft building to an existing
structure, the hiring of 45 employees, and the initiation of contracts
with waste haulers and manufacturing mills for material both entering
and exiting the plant.

March 2009
Oversaw all recruitment and retention activities for the Catholic Health
System (CHS) at Sisters of Charity Hospital (SCH) including sourcing and
