Coordinate activities and implementation of ISO/QS-9000:1998 3rd Edition
management system. Coordination of Supplier Development activities.
Establish solid foundation and effective quality management system of
continuous improvement both internally and externally. Implemented Powerway
Suite Solutions on 18 platforms to enhance compliance capability and
effectiveness for document control and gage calibration control for
compliance to ISO Guide 25/ISO 17025. Charged with monitoring and auditing
the effectiveness of the Quality System internally and at supplier
locations using certified and trained internal auditors. Responsible for
upgrading all computer systems located on or attached to a Novell network
system. Charged with implementing an effective relationship and structure
of current and future suppliers through compliance requirements stated in
ISOQS 9000 and TS 16949 standards. Charged with the establishment and
effectiveness of an internal calibration laboratory that meets ISO QS 9000
section 4.10.6 and ISO Guide 25/17025 requirements. ISO/QS-9000
Certification attained from start to finish within eight months.
First year goals of certification to the ISO/QS 9000 standards were
reached. Supplier PPM'S have been reduced 85% from an average of 1555 to
less than 120 PPM through strict supplier compliance requirements to ISO/QS
9000. Company goals based on proactive ISO/QS continuous improvement have
gained Hydro Aluminum Puckett world wide corporate awards two consecutive
years for efficiency, management and most improved.

Leader of all Quality Assurance activities with regards to automotive and
commercial electronics applications and products. Customer relations and
