Trained ironworker foremen on installation procedures for newly
designed sign structures and their foundations. My direct training
resulted in the workers ability to become proficient and spot problems
in the field during installation and reduced man hours.
Directed the installation of redesigned guardrail end terminals on I-
90 to close median gaps and prevent traffic cross-over on time with 45
days of rain, snow and sleet with a 15% net profit.
Redesigned material ordering process to prevent repetitive work
starting with the estimators processes to the project managers who
ordered the materials.
Expanded the companies knowledge in material specifications by
analyzing metallurgy specifications and working with vendors and
engineers to determine all allowable materials and substitutions for
