I started as a cashier in July 2005 and was promoted to a shift

supervisor in 2007.

I am in charge of opening and closing the store when the manager is not

scheduled.

I also am in charge of making sure the operations of the store run smoothly

when the

manager is not there. To the best of my ability, I am the "go to" person

that is there to handle problems that arise. I strive to make all customers

satisfied and make sure they leave the store happy. Customer service is a

top priority. I check in vendors and deal with invoices. Once the inventory

report prints out weekly, I like to go through and make sure there are no

errors and that we are being properly charged and receiving the proper

credit.
