Designed lesson plan to teach students evidentiary law based on Federal

Rules of Evidence, and philosophical legal principles using texts such as

The Republic, City of God, and Utilitarianism. Instruct students in

writing direct and cross-examinations, opening and closing statements,

trial strategy and techniques, and lay and expert testimony. Use web

interface Moodle to create student assignments. Designed two final exams-a

mock trial simulation and an essay on evidentiary law.

Mock Trial Coach

Taught students courtroom decorum and federal and procedural rules of

evidentiary law. Guided students in writing direct and cross examinations,

opening and closing statements, trial strategy and techniques, and lay and

County Detention Center for bail reductions, habeas motions, and medical

etiquette.
