leads from various sources.

. Developed and managed new and existing product lines - was

responsible for monitoring competitor products; developing

new products and upgraded features to existing products;

and developing pricing strategies and overseeing cost

controls. Develop business plans for new product lines and

fiscal strategies. Oversaw the launch of the Aqua Pacer and

Aqua Paws Plus, two underwater treadmills for the
