management and research spaces focused on product development, IT
enhancements, business strategy, business development, marketing plans,
strategy, technology implementation and operational efficiency. Select
projects:
. Large global information vendor - developed a new managed
account sales strategy for expansion in a $600 mm+ division
including a shift to a new business model to maximize revenue
potential and meet emerging market needs. Full business plan
for a new managed account platform created including detailed
sales plan, financials, product gap analysis, assistance in
the positioning and sales to a targeted client lists,
internal training on new model and management of the roll-out
plan to sales and clients
. Start-up financial services firm - assisted in the creation
of strategy, specification of the first web site to consumers
and financial advisors, created and implemented marketing and
