Synopsis of Qualifications

. Most recently held the Warehouse Lead position at Sears Logistics

Systems, Chesapeake,VA, before spouse's military transfer to NV this

year. (2009-2010)

. Warehouse Manager for Bath Fitter of Tidewater (exceptionally fast

paced warehouse). Job description consists of, but was not limited to,

Shipping/Receiving, delivery driving, primary forklift

trainer/operator, orders various materials from several vendors

weekly, supervised/conducted accurate monthly inventory. (2007-2009)

. Inventory Control Specialist for Benjamin Moore Paints. Principal

forklift trainer/operator at Benjamin Moore Whse. # 46, also scheduled

all forklift repairs and maintenance. (2005-2006)

. Building maintenance experience via J.B. Wilson Company. Performed

light plumbing and electrical work along with some paint and drywall

as a 63E10H8, M1 A1/A2 Abrams Tank Systems Mechanic. Supervised and

Occupational Experience

. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer skills

include Windows, proficient with Microsoft Office 2007/Windows Vista &

. Conducts daily inventory of all Sears Roebuck merchandise,

prepares/supervises dock prep daily for up to 15 delivery teams,

operates clamp truck, loads/unloads delivery trailers, supervises

shipping/receiving all incoming and outgoing merchandise accurately

while keeping a solid paper trail. Conducts/supervises 6-8 workers

through several warehouse duties daily. Holds team meetings weekly to

improve communication, morale, and productivity. Trains employees

regularly on proper warehousing functions, procedures, safety, and

conduct while setting a good example with proper attendance and

attitude.

. Improved accuracy of Bath Fitter of Tidewater's monthly 600+ item

inventory by tracking incoming and outgoing materials more

efficiently. Re-organized warehouse for safer environment and easy

access to merchandise. Ordered all materials, accessories, and

chemical products needed for installations weekly. Trained new

warehouse employees to be self-reliant and accurate. Operated and

trained employees on forklift use and safety. Supervised and pulled

job materials for up to 15 installations a day. Kept an organized

paper trail and updated company database concerning all incoming and

outgoing materials, backorders, and damaged items. Held weekly

"performance trax" meetings to analyze production levels, open team

communication, and to improve employee relations.

and palletized all paint orders, via ride on pallet jack and forklift,

adjusted inventory accordingly, and scheduled pick-up/delivery.

accurate records of invoices. Also maintained general warehouse

cleanliness, serviceability, and safety.

. Troubleshot, conducted, and performed essential maintenance on various

automotive systems and components of M1/A1 and A2 Abrams tanks,

recovery vehicles M88/A1 and A2 Hercules, M113 and family vehicles,

ton, 2 ton, and 5 ton tactical trucks, HMMV (M998), LMTV, FMTV. OIF

Veteran.
