* Project Enterprise Servicing Retirement - PE Servicing is an

application where all the destination of the loans has to be serviced.

Since all the non-closed loans have been migrated to MIDAS, PES

application was being retired.

* Home Affordable Modification Program - Key role in HAMP is to sustain

the homeownership. As part of HAMP, a borrower who is behind mortgage

payments, in the foreclosure process, or is current on payments and

are about to default as a result of a recently experienced hardship,

may be able to modify the loan to a lower rate.

Responsibilities:

. Liaised with business and functional owner during risk engineering and

high-level review sessions to derive and execute action plans, meeting

deadlines and standards.

Credit Default Swap - Multiclass Enhancements Release 1 and 2

The scope of the project is to create Synthetic Whole Loan Structure

(SWLS) for the purpose of Credit Default Swap (CDS) transactions using

loans that currently collateralize Freddie Mac issued PC's. MultiClass

CDS built a functionality to perform the monthly loan servicing and

disclosure, as well as the ability to administer and disclose the SWLS.

Responsibilities:

. Interfaced with business users to prepare and update Business Process

Requirements (BPR) and Software System Requirements (SSR).

. Created test cases and test scripts.

. Ensured all artifacts complied with corporate SDLC Policies and

guidelines.

. Conducted Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with

stakeholders throughout SDLC to resolve open issues.

. Responsible for requirements gathering, handing over to development

Credit Default Swap - Loan Level Data Consistency Study

The scope of the project is to perform a data comparison between the

Credit Default Swap - Agency CDS variables proposed for loan level

disclosure (also labeled as Investor Disclosure or ID) and the loan level

variables that are being sent for Freddie Mac's disclosure as part of the

Affordable Housing Initiative. The focus of the study is to ensure that

the data behavior is consistent with expectations across both systems,

not to check for data accuracy.

(.CSV) files into SAS data files.
