GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensured the company's standards of quality, customer service, and employee
performance were adhered to within the manufacturing operations. This
entailed managing eight departments, which accounted for nearly two thirds
of all the employees at the company. Departments included the machine
shop, welding, shipping, control wiring and four assembly departments.
Oversaw the production of 80% of all products manufactured. Engineering
and management skills were utilized to focus on continuous improvement and
the efficient use of materials in a safe working environment.
PRODUCTION MANAGER/MASTER PLANNER
2008 - 2009
Master Planner utilizing recently installed ERP software package.
Production representative on the ERP (MRP) implementation team. Trained
as a "super user". Initially, member of the ERP (MRP) software selection
