Human Resources Assistant/Accounting Coordinator, The Source (Hampton, VA)--

I am responsible for processing weekly time cards and inputting the time
into the ADP payroll system. I input employee information into ADP. I also
input employee deductions and bank information into ADP. I track and
process employees leave requests and paid time off. I am responsible for
maintaining employee's confidential files. I process new hire paperwork and
benefits packages. I serve as a liaison between employees and the benefits
provider. I provide customer service, accounting, and HR services to the
sister company in Florida. I am responsible for generating invoices for
payment. I process weekly check runs. I am responsible for the data entry
of accounts payables/receivables into the accounting software. I post all
receipts and company expenses. I identify, research, and resolve any
discrepancies as they relate to purchasing and/or invoicing. I verify
