. Ice Cream Project for Department of Agriculture
Project was initiated by the Department of Agriculture to research the
nutritional content and demand differences between generic vs. brand
name ice creams in the US.
o Collected, organized, and managed all market research conducted
for 750 different ice creams
o Ran econometric models to decipher any correlation between
demand, brand, and nutritional quality of generic versus brand
name ice creams.
o Responsible for reporting status and information of the project
summarizing data in tables, graphs, and figures.
. Potato Project for United States Potato Board
Investigated the effect advertising had on the consumption of Potatoes
for the US Potato Board.
o Extrapolated necessary data and built new Excel Statistical models
used for economic studies and reporting.
. Western Growers Marketing Project
Initiated by Western Growers Association as a grant-funded project to
help standardize auditing and branding of local produce.
o Assisted creating an Arizona Grown marketing campaign and materials
o Led the marketing experiment of implementing the Arizona Grown label
