. Developed launch strategy on innovative fuel additive
products for a California start-up energy company.
Initiated sales presentations and coordinated test data

. Worked along side a RI OEM Company to provide due-diligence
on the feasibility of a facility start-up in the Mid South
region of the US. In the final judgment, two alternatives
were presented for this facility placement. Both Charlotte,
NC and Desoto County Mississippi were favorable.
. Consulted with William Sonoma providing engineering and
quality initiatives for the improvement of quality data
evaluation, production material refurbishment and
manufacturing process efficiencies.
2005 to 2008 Director of Operations; Flextronics International,
Memphis, TN
. Managed reverse logistics operation for customer product
repair and services. Customers include HP printer repair,
Apple laptop computer, and Kodak digital equipment test
evaluation & repair.
. Launched Kodak's digital imaging returns & repair business,
(cameras & printers), from nil to 60,000/mth.
. Achieved Apple's expectations by reducing product return
(looper) rate on laptops by 8% averting penalties of $180K.
This was achieved with workmanship gains, improved test
yields, and enhanced quality training.

. Directed manufacturing operations for waste water flow
monitoring equipment. Supervised contract manufacturing
while implementing key process indicators (KPI's). KPI's
included quality yields, on time delivery, continuous
design improvements and cost reductions.
. 23% reduction on cost of goods sold (COGS) achieved through
design modifications and the relocation of 1/3 of core
manufacturing to lower cost regions.
. Customer satisfaction improvements achieved due to
reductions in product build cycles for monitors and
transducers. Accomplishments achieved by implementing a JIT
customer driven configuration process.

Restructured site from a promotional molded products
company to an automotive ind. molding operation.
. Instrumental in installing an ISO 9000 compliant quality
systems. I administered the process that reduced customer
quality returns by 90% through an AQL inspection and non-
conformance reporting structure.
. Worked to secure a Honda molding project valued at $3.2MM
through quoting and customer interface.

. Directed management of subcontract manufacturing for
telecom transmission products. Product line includes 250
active assemblies. Oversight of nine production locations
(2001) with over 1300 production related personnel. Tripled
monthly out-put, from 113K to 323K units/mth by securing a
wider supplier platform.
. Consolidated resources in late 2001 due to a slowing
economy. Reduced subcontractor base from 9 to 3 facilities
while incurring no penalties or customer service
shortfalls.
. Negotiated $2.8M in annual subcontractor labor reductions
and reductions of $2.0M in 2002.
