. Director/Controller, Finance Operations and Sales Administration, Gap
Inc. Strategic Alliances (Franchise & Wholesale), Albuquerque, NM
(February 2007 - Present). Ensured successful transition of 12
operational and finance positions to the Corporate Shared Services Center
(CSSC) to support the Wholesale and Franchise Business (B2B). Applied
Effective line management resulting in business expansion, process
improvements, increased customer service, and providing visibility to key
cost drivers, and effectively establishing financial control to a rapidly
expanding business.
. Manager, Wholesale and Franchise Finance, Gap Inc. CSSC, Albuquerque, NM
(February 2006 - February 2007). Ensured successful transition of 5
finance positions to the CSSC to support the Wholesale and Franchise
Business. Accounts receivable span of control for this team includes
invoicing, revenue recognition, receivables reporting and cash collection
(Wholesale, Franchise, Corporate Incentive Program, BR Eyewear,
BR/Piperlime shoe liquidations, and miscellaneous requests). Non Accounts
Receivable activities include Wholesale and Franchise letter of credit
management, custom package validation/delivery, cost of sales journal
entries/analysis, sales entries/analysis, accounting policy/control, and
management of internal/external audit activities.
. Manager, Accounts Payable Audit and Control, Gap Inc. CSSC, Albuquerque,
NM (December 2004 - Present). Effectively managed a staff of 3 direct
and 6 indirect reports to increase accounts payable audit (AP Audit)
recoveries and attain SOX certification. Aligned skills with accounts
payable audits to streamline employee competencies with compliance and
recovery audits resulting in approximately $5 million of soft dollar and
$7 million of hard dollar recoveries in 2006. Self funded and implemented
audit software to improve efficiency and analytical reporting. Ensured
2004 and 2005 SOX compliance and rationalization of key controls for 5
Global Process Areas (Merchandise Expense, Merchandise Payables, Supply
Chain Finance, Treasury, and Revenue Accounting). Effectively
transitioned the SOX control team in March 2006 to the Gap Inc. CSSC
Controllership upon assuming accountability for Wholesale/Franchise
Finance and retaining accountability for the AP Audit Team.

(March 2003 - December 2004). Plan, coordinate, review and assessment
process for Sarbanes Oxley compliance with control audit teams. Ensure
that processes and controls are mapped, documented, and prioritized for
their assessment. Assist department management in the prioritization of
areas to be tested and reviewed on an ongoing basis. Lead control and
audit teams in the development of solutions for control deficiencies and
improvements to processes. Primary contact for internal and external
auditors on process and system controls and opportunities for
improvements. Assist with the testing and implementation of Gap Inc.'s
chosen solution (RETEK) to combine financial and perpetual inventory into
one integrated system.

November 2003). Manage Gap Inc. short-term investment portfolio and
commercial paper program, identify opportunities to improve yield while
insuring that all investments comply with the current investment
guidelines, prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts for liquidity and
financing needs, prepare the interest income forecast, oversee daily cash
position of Gap Inc., responsible for preparation of yearly corporate and
store bank fee budgets, and manage the analysis and tracking of corporate
and store bank fees.
. Senior Financial Analyst, Gap Inc. CSSC, Albuquerque, NM (July 2001 -
February 2002). Insured the integrity of the finished goods inventory
though monthly reconciliations as an individual contributor and as a
supervisor, participated in inventory management period-ending
activities, developed and implement process improvements, and
communicated with business partners in a timely fashion.

Defense Avionics Systems Division reporting and planning for three
manufacturing sites and direct support of the sites' controller.

areas of the balance sheet, income statement, and free cash flow.
