meetings to create awareness of safety issues. I
was also responsible for store safety inspections,
and worked closely with store engineer to ensure
proper use of safety tools.
Managed overs/shorts for the store cash
discrepancies. Kept store within, and usually less
than, the accepted percentages of
overages/shortages.
Coached employees and managers on how to prevent
theft and shrink. Assisted with inventories and
helped with any discrepancies in high shrink
departments. Also helped to put programs in place
for high shrink areas within the store.
